How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

✔ Whether you want a refund or replacement

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

✔ The product is defective or damaged on arrival

✔ You received the wrong item

✔ The item qualifies under our conditional satisfaction guarantee*

⏱ Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

🚚 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return approval is subject to inspection and policy conditions.

Return Exceptions & Conditions

A return/replacement may be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee if:

❌ Product is used, installed, or altered

❌ Packaging is damaged or incomplete

❌ Missing accessories/manuals/free gifts

❌ Request submitted after 7 days of delivery

❌ Custom, pre-assembled, or clearance items

📦 The item must be returned in original packaging with invoice copy.

Transit Damage Guidance

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

Ask the courier to mark: "Received in damaged condition"

Then contact XFitness Support immediately

Shipping/collection charges may apply, unless the issue is our fault.

Exchanges

If replacing with the same product value, shipping fees may be waived.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within this period

• Full refund will be issued

B. After Shipment

• The order cannot be cancelled

• You may request a return once delivered (conditions apply)

C. XFitness Reserve Rights

We may cancel orders if:

• Product availability changes

• Pricing or technical errors occur

• Fraud is suspected

If canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded promptly.

Bulk or special customization orders are non-returnable and require management approval
